I support people in exploring their sense of self, meaning and beliefs.
Beginning where you feel stuck, we center what matters most to you, creating space to explore the deeper questions of being human: identity, change, purpose, and belonging.
Respect for who you are and what you believe is a core value of my work. I offer an open, trauma-informed space where you are welcomed as you are and supported with care and compassion.
Within this space, our work together may focus on:
Gently processing grief, fear and areas of stuckness — holding them with care rather than trying to fix or rush them
Deep listening and narrative reflection, supporting meaning-making and integration
Cultivating mindful awareness of feelings, thoughts and beliefs
Expanding your sense of self and interconnectedness
Creating space for authentic, organic transformation to emerge
I am an interfaith spiritual care provider. Interfaith means I honor and respect a wide range of beliefs and worldviews, including many faith traditions, no faith, and everything in between.
I support people who are exploring their inner lives and navigating life's deeper questions, including those who are:
New to spirituality or questioning what it means for them
Not spiritual and prefer a fully secular lens
Integrating alternative perspectives or spiritual experiences
Navigating major life transitions, particularly those involving personal or collective loss
Experiencing spiritual crisis or religious wounding
Impacted by exclusion, injustice or harm within spiritual or religious communities
I offer spiritual and emotional support, but I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. I am not a psychotherapist and my work is intended to complement, not replace, mental health care.
At the heart of my work is accompaniment: traveling with you through the big questions of being human. Rather than diagnosing or directing, I listen deeply and reflect with you, trusting that insight and transformation emerge through presence, honesty and felt care.
