How I Accompany You
A relational, grounded approach to spiritual and existential care
A relational, grounded approach to spiritual and existential care
Exploring Beliefs
I offer a space to gently explore the beliefs and assumptions that shape how you move through the world. Our beliefs influence where we place trust, how we interpret experience, and how we relate to ourselves and others. Sometimes they support us; sometimes they limit us in ways we no longer notice.
Through thoughtful reflection and courageous curiosity, we can begin to see these patterns more clearly. This process is not about replacing one belief system with another, but about increasing awareness and choice. When we bring steady attention to the ways we make meaning, new possibilities often emerge.
I often integrate mindfulness practices and connection with nature as supports for this work. Opening at our roots is not only a mental exercise — it involves the whole person: body, emotion, relationship, and context.
Interfaith and Interbelief Perspective
My approach is interfaith and interbelief. I draw from and honor multiple religious traditions, spiritual practices, philosophical frameworks, and scientific worldviews. I do not assume that truth belongs to any single system.
Living this way requires humility and care. It asks me to hold paradox — to recognize that different perspectives can coexist without needing to collapse into sameness. For me, this means practicing authenticity, cultural and religious sensitivity, and a steady commitment to justice and inclusion.
In our work together, you are not asked to adopt my framework. Instead, I seek to support you in clarifying and deepening your own.
My Care Beliefs
I believe in you.
I believe in your path.
I believe we all deserve support in learning to listen more fully to ourselves.
At the heart of my work is a simple conviction: I trust your capacity for growth and insight.
I believe you carry wisdom about your own life, even if it feels obscured or distant at times. My role is not to direct your path, but to accompany you as you deepen your listening.
I believe healing often involves learning to relate to ourselves with greater honesty, compassion, and integration. As self-understanding deepens, relationships with others often shift as well.
Ultimately, I hope our work supports you in strengthening trust in your own lived experience — not as wishful thinking, but as embodied clarity that unfolds over time.
Why I Center the Spiritual
For me, spirituality involves remaining open to dimensions of life that extend beyond what we can fully explain or measure. It includes curiosity about meaning, connection, and the larger context of our lives.
When we allow space for both what is known and what is uncertain, life can feel more textured and alive. This openness has deepened my trust in love, interconnection, humility, and the creative unfolding of experience.
I believe each person has their own relationship with meaning, mystery, and what might lie beyond immediate understanding. Spiritual care offers a space to explore that relationship with steadiness and support.
